LEADERSHIP TRAINING
The harvest is abundant. TJKS needs Pastors and Shepherds to lead the Ministry and feed the Sheep.
That's why we have two seminary and Bible School: IKS and IKSM
Both Antananarivo and Mantasoa have their IKS and IKSM school.
IKS
Institut Kristy Shalom
There is an exciting, ongoing mission in Madagascar. Its main foundation is training people to first be lay ministers and then through teaching and hands-on ministry they will become pastors. They will be sent into the Lords harvest field to bring the gospel to many people in Madagascar.
Right now there are 10 people being trained (second and third promotions). Five are in their first year and Five in their third year.
As well as teaching on theology they will learn about doing church planting, evangelism and discipleship, as well as hands-on ministry in healing and deliverance. The teaching is done in person and some online, in Malagasy, French and English languages with many practices. There are teachers from America, Europe and of course Madagascar.
They are all experienced teachers: Dr. Daniel Rakotojoelinandrasana, Pastor Scott McLaughlin from America and Dr. Solomon a Ph. D Professor trained in South Africa are among them.
The duration of the study is about 3 to 4 years and requires high school graduation to those who want to start.
After the study, students will get bachelor's degree in theology.

After training to become theologians and pastors fully based on Jesus Christ, the Bible and Revival for some years, six students from IKS presented their thesis to obtain a Bachelor degree in August 2023, after ward they were ordained to become Pastors.

IKSM
Institut Kristy Shalom Mpiandry

IKSM or Institute Kristy Shalom Mpiandry is a Seminary and Bible school that has the goal to train people in order to be come Shepherds.
The shepherds will do most of the ministry of the toby: prayer, healing, deliverance and caring for the sick who stay in the Toby. They will work 24/7 attending to the needs of those who come to the Toby. Shepherds are not salaried workers
